Not included: cleaning, repairs, supplies and other local provider costs, which you pay directly.
Pricing questions
Which plan costs less for me?
At about $3,490 in monthly net rental revenue, both plans cost roughly the same. Above that, the flat fee costs less; below it, the percentage plan costs less. We'll walk through your numbers in the consultation.
Are cleaning and repair costs included?
No. You pay your local providers directly. Guests usually pay a cleaning fee set on your listing.
Is the fee per property?
Per-property terms, the definition of net rental revenue, any setup fees and cancellation terms are spelled out in your written service agreement before you sign.
