MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW CAN I QUALIFY FOR STRALLY?

We take great care and concern for our owner clients, their homes and our shared guests. We also invest a tremendous amount of time, energy and resources into each of our properties. For that reason we maintain a simple but effective strategy for deciding which properties and owners we represent. We only host “Entire Place” listings, which means we will not be able to assist you in managing a “Private Room” or “Shared Room”.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER STR MANAGERS?

Whether you’re a STR investor or new to the game, you know that answering a guest inquirie in less than a minute or using the best pricing strategy is a must have now a days. Our excellent service makes you more money, making our fee literally paying for itself.

HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH GUEST DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY?

Strally acts as a co-host for your listing on Airbnb. The platform policies cover damages, theft, and other issues that arise according to the platform’s terms and conditions. If anything in your property has been damaged, housekeepers will alert us as soon as they notice the problem. We then assess on a case-by-case basis. Please note that light wear and tear is to be expected and isn’t considered damage.

Does Strally use an intelligent pricing tool to maximize revenue?

Correct! We use market leader, Pricelabs, for our daily, automated pricing adjustments. We see an average of 20 – 40% increase in revenue for our hosts who don’t use an intelligent pricing tool. We have a strong working relationship with Pricelabs and meet with them regularly to understand what’s going on behind the scenes. Since we’re familiar with each of our properties, we not only take into consideration demand and location, but also the quality of the actual listing to price appropriately.

Who Pays Cleaning fee?

The guest pays the cleaning fee. This is standard practice in the short-term rental market.

Why do you only list on Airbnb?

We’re Airbnb experts! Instead of using our resources to try and learn 30+ platforms, we’ve decided to focus on the best. Hosts on Airbnb see the same, if not better, occupancy rates than hosts that use several platforms. 150 million people use Airbnb to book vacation or work stays, more than double the competition.
